Now, I got this news article from the front page of Yahoo, so I don't know how completely accurate it is, but it was an interesting, and slightly disturbing, story.

You're right, it's a bit OTT (Over The Top)...why are we always drawn to extremes?
Just a man, sounds like more fluff to me! Mind you if there was a song about Abe Lincoln, or George Washington, maybe even Reagan those Conservative opinion leaders wouldn't complain. It all distracts from real political discourse.
But the point is, we aren't singing songs about any of those past President's, so why should school children be made to sing about a President who hasn't even been in office for a year?
